Primary highways into and out of the city are noted, along with a handful of local attractions and the location of the accommodations. Text on the verso provides distances to various cities in the western U.S. and Mexico, along with a list of nearby points of interest. The location at 1601 India Street, part of the Little Italy neighborhood, is now an upscale apartment building.
