In problem free condition with beautiful enamels and most gold plating present. Its details are all well preserved and both sides show several small dings and scratches. Its connection ring has been cut. The order of the Red Banner of Labor was established as the civilian counterpart of the military Order of the Red Banner and was awarded for exceptional working achievements.
