Description       Medal for Distinction in the Protection of Public Order with booklet   Awarded to Pavel Ivanovich Vlasov (Павел Иванович Власов)   Early scarce round eyelet variation made of solid silver     Made of solid silver. Measures 32.15 mm in width and 3.00 mm in thickness. The height of the medal is 37.12 mm including the eyelet and it weighs 21.3 grams without its suspension.   In excellent condition with a nice patina to the silver on both sides. It shows few dings and scratches only and its details are perfectly crisp. The medal comes with its old brass suspension and its suspension ring has not been cut.   Its accompanying document is in equally great condition with all pages present and firmly attached to the cover.   Scarce in silver and with booklet   Awarded to members of the MVD for preserving public order; to all service personnel of the militsiya for courage shown during the liquidation of criminal groups and arrest of criminal; or for excellence in organizing and coordinating militia in combating crime or for selfless acts during the prevention of hooliganism/ alcoholism/ theft.     Please contact us with questions
